Tacpack is selling a box of tactical gear each month. With different levels, from lite to plus. They needed to redesign the existing Woocommerce site as well as create a system, which would handle automatically renewing and upgrade/downgrade systems, working as a part of the Woocommerce system. In addition, the client needed the system to actively see the numbers of subscriptions for each tier and status, quickly, with export options for statics. And last, but not least, is optimization, as sales were growing, the client needed the website to work as fast, as it was from the beginning.

Unilime created and maintains a system based on Woocommerce subscriptions, which has unique features with an upgrade/downgrade system for customers. Together with our team, we created a unique design to keep the site simple and modern. Also, our team added a custom admin page for exploring statistics about each type of subscription, by type and status, including the time of switching from one to another. Additionally, we created pages for giveaway subscriptions, which send data to different systems (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.). The website has a pretty simple one-step checkout with user-friendly admin settings that anyone can edit. As for the speed optimization, we performed work on the cache, which makes it possible to see statistics for more than hundreds of thousands of records in a database in mere seconds. As well as some speed improvements were implemented for the user experience, so the website users should not have any problems with surfing through the website and buying exactly what they want.
