Our task was to develop a business solution for the store based on the best practices in UX; develop a corporate identity for the project, customize marketing tools and optimize online sales channels; extend the ability to monitor and manage multiple warehouses for different locations, including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) integration; provide strategic and operational planning for supply chains; create a product distribution system and set up the Multicurrency feature.
02Solution
We have developed a holistic e-commerce project whose revenue and conversion rate are steadily increasing. Our designers have created the visual part of the website, including the design of the logo, selection of color schemes, images that reflect the concept and philosophy of the brand. The site provides an optimized user experience and has a well-thought-out system for filtering products by gender and multiple attributes.
Our team has set up the Multicurrency feature based on the customer's location. We have performed the integration with marketing tools, which allows the site to receive 96% of organic traffic. Customized upsells and user flow increase conversions and the average order value. With the help of functional systems and modules, we have optimized supply chain management (SCM) solutions, which makes it possible to track and manage inventory in real time, reduce costs, risks of overstocking or understocking warehouses and improve service levels. The site is integrated with accounting programs, allowing for accounting, electronic document circulation and tax management.
