01Client problem
Koala was looking to expand their presence in the competitive US market. It was decided to enter the new market by launching products one by one, which is not convenient using the current online store for Australia. Therefore, the company was looking for a solution that would allow for a controlled rollout of products without mixing the Australian and American businesses.
02Solution
To achieve this goal, it was decided to develop a separate Shopify store that would match the company's brand identity while providing an improved user experience and standing out from the competition.
The main focus was on the product page, as it plays a crucial role in shaping the purchase decision. We implemented a convenient selection of options, upselling of related products, lots of images and looping videos for better perception of the product.
