The client already operated a broker marketplace but needed to scale beyond a single centralized platform. Individual broker teams required their own branded web presence that could be launched quickly, managed easily, and connected to the core marketplace infrastructure.
At the same time, leadership needed deeper visibility into listing performance, team activity, marketing engagement, and overall platform efficiency. The challenge was to support many independent team websites without fragmenting the product or creating duplicated development work for every new broker group.
The platform also had to meet the expectations of enterprise C-level stakeholders, where scalability, reliability, analytics, brand consistency, and long-term flexibility were essential.
02Solution
We designed and built a scalable multi-tenant architecture that lets broker teams launch branded microsites in days, not months. Each child site has its own branding, content, and listings, while staying connected to the central marketplace.
A reusable design component system, built from the ground up, keeps every new site polished and on-brand without separate development work.
The platform also covers the full commercial real estate go-to-market cycle: a centralized property marketplace, branded broker microsites, SEO-ready pages with tracking and analytics, a built-in email marketing engine, and internal AI-assisted workflows that speed up broker tasks.
Throughout the engagement, we aligned multiple C-level stakeholders and translated enterprise requirements into a coherent, extensible product.
