WordPress Project Manager

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management or comparable positions
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher is mandatory
• Exceptional abilities in analysis, problem-solving, team collaboration, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in organizing and overseeing all project stages to ensure timely completion
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong forecasting abilities
• Capability to thrive in a multitasking environment
• Experience working with WP and e-commerce websites (Shopify)

Will be an advantage:

•  QA/Dev experience
•  Ability to perform the required research

Responsibilities:

• Engage in effective communication with the product owner and end-users to gather feature requirements
• Identify and secure the necessary resources, skills, and knowledge to meet project objectives
• Conduct risk management activities to minimize project risks
• Create, update, and refine proposals for assigned projects, including defining project objectives
• Manage client expectations regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Take responsibility for addressing issues throughout the project lifecycle, including development, QA, User Acceptance Testing, delivery to production, and transition to full implementation.
