Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Project Manager or similar roles;
- Upper intermediate or above English is a must;
- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, and conflict management skills;
- Ability to organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion;
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and forecasting skills;
- Ability to work in multitasking conditions;
Will be an advantage:
- QA/Dev experience
- Experience working with WP and e-commerce website (Shopify)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the product owner and end-users to gather feature requirements;
- Identify and secure resources, skills, and knowledge required to meet project objectives;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives;
- Manage client expectations of products and services. Ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Be responsible for managing issues, including development, QA, User Acceptance Testing, delivery to production, and transition to full implementation.
