Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Client manager (preferably IT) or similar roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of the English language (Upper-intermediate or above)
Will be an advantage:
- UI prototyping skills
- QA/Dev experience
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key clients
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Be responsible for managing issues, including development, QA, User Acceptance Testing, delivery to production
- Collaborate with the product owner and end-users to gather feature requirements
