UNILIME group is looking for a talented Account Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven account management or project management experience
- Solid knowledge of the English language (at least Upper-Intermediate)
- Strong problem solver, team builder, and communicator with the ability to deal with ambiguity, multiple priorities, and diverse customer environments and internal teams
- Understanding of current IT infrastructure, system architectures, and application software solutions
- Responsibility for managing issues, including development, QA, User Acceptance Testing, delivery to production, and transition to full implementation
- Determine work priorities for yourself in accordance with project plans, timelines, fluid work demands, and implementation policies and practices
Will be an advantage:
- QA/Dev experience
- UI prototyping skills
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
- Report clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Allocate and monitor the work of the project team, providing analytical support and direction
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Make sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion
